The SF school board busily renaming schools that have been closed for months and that it's incapable of formulating a plan to open is really Soviet Union levels of ineffectual absurdity.

BREAKING: after a seven hour meeting the SF school board voted to rename 44 district schools, more than a third of all public schools in the city. Lincoln, Washington, Diane Feinstein, Sutro among schools to be renamed. Schools have until Apr. 19 to suggest new ones.
